Charming stay with a cozy atmosphere
I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy ambiance in the pub area which made for a relaxed evening. The spacious room provided all the necessary amenities and the staff was friendly, ensuring a welcoming experience. Breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety of options. the pillows were a bit too thin for my taste and could definitely use an upgrade for better comfort.

Spacious double rooms in a Georgian-style building offer a contemporary decor touch that feels modern yet inviting. The breakfast selection caters to different tastes, featuring a decent range of continental options along with a hot cooked breakfast that showcases locally sourced ingredients.
Several guests have noted issues with noise from events held on-site, which can interrupt the peace in guest rooms, especially during weekends. Some rooms may come with an inconsistent heating experience, leaving some areas uncomfortably warm while others remain cooler. The decor in common areas and some rooms appears dated, suggesting a need for a refresh that could elevate the experience significantly.
